Shenzhen iWheels provides multiple payment options for customers worldwide. This page explains our available payment methods, payment verification, bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments, invoices, refunds and promotional codes.

Depending on your country, order value and the payment options available during checkout, Shenzhen iWheels may accept the following payment methods:

When card payments are available, you may be required to provide your card number, expiry date, cardholder information and card security code to the applicable payment processor.
Your billing information should correspond with the information associated with your card or payment account. Incorrect information may result in the transaction being declined or requiring additional verification.
This is normally the three or four-digit security code shown on your payment card. It provides an additional security check when making certain online transactions.

Where PayPal is available, you may be redirected to or provided with the appropriate PayPal payment process to complete your transaction.
Your order will only be considered paid once the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed. PayPal transactions may also be subject to PayPal's own terms, verification procedures and account requirements.

Bank transfer may be available for eligible orders. If you select or arrange payment by bank transfer, Shenzhen iWheels will provide the appropriate payment instructions.
Please use your order number or payment reference when making the transfer so that we can correctly identify your payment.
Orders paid by bank transfer may remain pending until cleared funds have been received and matched to the relevant order.

Where cryptocurrency payment is available, Shenzhen iWheels may accept supported digital assets including BTC and USDT.
The exact cryptocurrency, network, wallet address and payment amount must correspond with the payment instructions provided for your order.
Network or transaction fees charged by a blockchain, wallet or cryptocurrency service provider may be separate from the amount payable to Shenzhen iWheels.
🔐 6. Payment Verification & Security
For customer protection and fraud prevention, some payments or orders may be subject to additional verification before an order is processed or dispatched.
Where reasonably required, we may contact you to verify information associated with an order. An order may be temporarily placed on hold while necessary verification is completed.

Your payment is considered received when it has been successfully confirmed through the applicable payment method and, where relevant, cleared funds have been received.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order can proceed to the applicable processing and fulfilment stage.

A payment may occasionally be declined or fail for reasons outside Shenzhen iWheels' control.

Any deferred payment, payment-on-invoice or other special payment arrangement is available only where expressly offered or approved by Shenzhen iWheels and may be subject to separate payment terms, limits and verification requirements.
💱 10. Currency & Conversion Charges
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, cryptocurrency provider or other payment service may apply its own currency conversion rate or transaction charges where your payment account uses a different currency from the currency charged for your order.
Any such third-party conversion charges, international transaction fees or service fees are determined by the relevant provider and are generally outside Shenzhen iWheels' control.

Where a refund has been approved under our applicable cancellation or returns policy, the refund will be processed using an appropriate refund method.
The time required for a completed refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial service involved in the transaction.

If you have a valid promotional code, enter it in the applicable promotional or coupon field in your shopping cart or during checkout, then apply the code before completing payment.
